Responsibilities
Administer tools used by 250+ users: create and update user accounts; modify workflows, processes, and configurations.
Support the OPS team with troubleshooting and improvement requests.
Create or update data dashboards to track Customer Service performance metrics.
Contribute to ongoing tool development by maintaining scalable configurations and helping implement new processes/features.
Test major features and improvements released in the tools.
Requirements
Engineering or IT academic background.
Well-organized and curious.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose new solutions.
Good communication skills and a willingness to share knowledge and learn from others.
Full professional proficiency in English.
Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-growing, and innovative environment.
Ability to take ownership and align work with business priorities.
