About the role
- Design, develop, and execute functional, regression, non-functional, and end-to-end test cases (manual and automated)
- Implement and maintain automated test suites using Playwright and Cypress
- Conduct load, performance, and scalability testing using JMeter and K6
- Develop and execute API test cases to validate integration, performance, and reliability
- Configure, maintain, and optimize automated test execution within Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
- Drive continuous improvement in testing practices and contribute to software delivery standards
- Partner with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure delivery
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution and address root causes effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- 3–5 years of professional software testing experience
- Strong experience with Playwright and Cypress for automation
- Performance and load testing expertise with JMeter and K6
- Knowledge of Typescript and JavaScript for test scripting
- Proven experience building and maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
- Solid understanding of testing methodologies, techniques, and strategies (functional and non-functional)
- Experience with end-to-end application testing, performance testing, UAT, and API testing
- Hands-on knowledge of web application and API testing practices
- Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail
- High level of drive, ownership, and ability to perform under pressure
