About the role

  • Customer Outreach & Relationship Building
  • Contact prospective and existing retail clients via phone, email, and in-person visits
  • Present product offerings, promotions, and solutions tailored to their business needs
  • Maintain ongoing relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty
  • Sales Execution
  • Identify opportunities to grow order volume and product adoption within accounts
  • Follow up on leads and past clients to re-engage interest
  • Convert qualified leads into long-term customers
  • Order Processing & Coordination
  • Input and manage customer orders using internal tools
  • Provide updates and resolve inquiries or delivery issues
  • Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams for accurate, timely fulfillment
  • Target Achievement & Pipeline Growth
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales KPIs (calls, sign-ups, revenue goals)
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
  • Seek referrals and inbound opportunities to drive new business

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage both phone and in-person sales
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer service preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, logistics-driven environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales tracking
  • Ability to travel locally for client visits as needed
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
