Responsible for prospecting new clients into our Payroll/HCM services realm
Maintain existing/prospective client records in the CRM system
Responsible for achieving minimum production requirements
Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes within the financial technology industry
Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-ones with leaders
Responsible for training and coaching Senior Product Advisors (SPAs)
Provide status updates to reporting PDM
Requirements
18 years of age or older
Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance
Successful completion of pre-employment background check
Must live in area relative to job posting location
At least two years of relevant experience
Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
Works well independently and as part of a team
Incentive-driven sales “hunter”
