About the role

  • Telesales Representative managing customer relationships and driving sales growth in a telecommunications company. Seeking motivated individuals ready to engage with clients and deliver results in a hybrid workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Confidently and assertively conduct sales conversations and close orders
  • Work independently while adhering to defined parameters
  • Independently acquire new customers in the business-customer (B2B) environment
  • Provide expert customer advice and build long-term customer relationships
  • Manage your existing customers and identify upselling opportunities

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills combined with high self-motivation and assertiveness
  • Sales experience, ideally in the IT and/or telecommunications sector, and/or a completed commercial or technical vocational training
  • Proficient in all MS Office applications
  • Proactive, performance- and quality-oriented working style
