About the role

  • Handle customer interactions focused on problem resolution across multiple channels: chat, email, WhatsApp and phone.
  • Schedule services and technical assistance, efficiently organizing the field service schedules.
  • Perform administrative tasks with attention to deadlines and detail.
  • Manage the backlog of tracker installations, ensuring all is up to date.
  • Analyze technical issues and escalate cases to specialized support when needed.
  • Meet productivity and quality targets while maintaining high standards of service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma;
  • Customer service experience;
  • Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP and AVERAGE functions);
  • Experience with other Microsoft Office applications.
