Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery, analysis, and requirements gathering to identify areas of improvement
- Design ERP-driven solutions and apply ERP knowledge to NetSuite, contributing to solution architecture, configuration, and delivery
- Collaborate with clients and project/technical teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables
- Document functional requirements, design and implement solutions, prepare materials for training and enablement workshops
- Manage project risks, and activities across the full ERP lifecycle—from pre-sales to post-go-live support
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes
- Design and facilitate workshops, deliver training, and craft change management plans that support user adoption and long-term client success
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Deep experience in Supply Chain & Logistics operations (e.g., freight forwarding, shipping, warehousing, distribution)
- Experience with logistics or ERP/TMS/WMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, OTM, Cargowise, or similar)
- Experience designing and implementing data structures and flows across systems (e.g., ERP ↔ TMS ↔ WMS, or logistics integrations)
- Demonstrated ability to map business processes and translate them into system requirements
- Hands-on experience in Freight forwarding workflows (air, ocean, land), Customs & compliance documentation, Warehouse and inventory management, Transportation management & last-mile logistics
- Hands-on experience in writing basic SQL statements
- Project exposure in system implementation, migration, or process transformation
- Familiarity with CargoWise or other freight-forwarding/3PL platforms
- Knowledge of integration/middleware tools (e.g., iPaaS, APIs, EDI)
- Experience with automation initiatives in logistics or supply chain systems
- Certifications: APICS CSCP/CLTD, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or relevant system certifications
