Responsibilities
- Lead or support enterprise-level SaaS implementation projects from initiation through closure
- Collaborate with customer project managers to establish delivery processes, align milestones, and define shared responsibilities
- Facilitate implementation discovery sessions to assess current-state business processes and define future-state workflows in Euna Grants
- Partner with Implementation and Technical Solutions teams to validate configuration designs and ensure alignment with customer requirements
- Coordinate implementation activities to ensure requirements, configurations, and integrations are delivered successfully
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by planning test scenarios, coordinating execution, and validating results with customer stakeholders
- Establish repeatable frameworks for requirements gathering, validation, integration, and handoff to ensure consistency across engagements
- Monitor project progress, track risks and issues, and provide transparent updates to customer stakeholders and Euna leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of combined experience in technical project management, SaaS implementation, integrations, and/or product discovery roles
- Proven track record managing enterprise-level customer implementations in the public sector or highly regulated industries
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and hybrid project delivery methodologies
- Demonstrated expertise in requirements management, product discovery, integration coordination, and implementation planning
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Lucidchart, and similar collaboration tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
