About the role
- Lead execution of data labeling and evaluation projects that power AI development for Alignerr, powered by Labelbox\n• Coordinate across teams to ensure high-quality output is delivered on time and at scale\n• Set up and manage evaluation workflows on the Labelbox platform\n• Oversee contributor operations to meet production goals and manage an elite network of AI experts\n• Drive quality control and assurance processes for RLHF, complex reasoning, and multimodal AI projects\n• Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders\n• Leverage AI-powered talent acquisition to build and deploy expert teams for customers
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of project management or operations experience\n• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills\n• Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality and consistency\n• Experience with productivity tools and/or data platforms preferred\n• Familiarity with ML/AI data workflows (bonus)
