Responsibilities
- Oversee architecture, design, and implementation to ensure best-in-class solutions
- Identify opportunities, propose technical solutions, and enhance Parser’s presence within client organizations
- Build trust with key stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement
- Lead, mentor, and manage technical teams, ensuring smooth onboarding, performance optimization, and career development
- Stay ahead of industry trends, contribute to Parser’s intellectual property, and represent the company at conferences
- Define technical standards, conduct client workshops, generate proposals, and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) on cloud platforms
- Act as the first technical presence in new client engagements, leading farming and hunting initiatives
Requirements
- 15+ years in software development
- 8+ years leading engineering teams
- 4+ years as a Technical or Engineering Director in software consulting
- Expertise in modern architectures (microservices, event-driven, cloud-based), AI/ML and data-intensive solutions
- Strong programming skills in at least two major languages (e.g., React, Angular, Python, Java, C#, Node.js, .NET)
- Deep knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and developing POCs on cloud platforms
- Proficiency in SDLC best practices, including testing, CI/CD, and documentation
- Technical sales and pre-sales experience, with a track record of growing client accounts
- Public speaking experience and ability to represent Parser at conferences
- Industry expertise in finance or healthcare is preferred
- Fluent English required; Spanish is a plus
