Responsibility for ongoing tenant fit-outs for new leases and tenant alterations, as well as general modernization measures (Capex)
Cost and budget control for Capex projects, including review and approval of bids
Management and oversight of external partners (architects, specialist planners, contractors, service providers)
Preparation of reports and documentation of technical measures
Close collaboration with technical property management, commercial asset management and external service providers
Requirements
Degree in civil engineering, building services/MEP engineering, building technology, architecture, or a comparable technical qualification with property-specific additional training
Solid knowledge of technical property management, especially in the planning, tendering and execution of tenant fit-outs, modernization and maintenance measures
3–4 years' professional experience in technical property management in the office or commercial real estate sector
Confident user of MS Office
Good written and spoken English skills
Structured, solution-oriented and pragmatic working style with a strong focus on quality
