About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsibility for ongoing tenant fit-outs for new leases and tenant alterations, as well as general modernization measures (Capex)
- Cost and budget control for Capex projects, including review and approval of bids
- Management and oversight of external partners (architects, specialist planners, contractors, service providers)
- Preparation of reports and documentation of technical measures
- Close collaboration with technical property management, commercial asset management and external service providers
Requirements
- Degree in civil engineering, building services/MEP engineering, building technology, architecture, or a comparable technical qualification with property-specific additional training
- Solid knowledge of technical property management, especially in the planning, tendering and execution of tenant fit-outs, modernization and maintenance measures
- 3–4 years' professional experience in technical property management in the office or commercial real estate sector
- Confident user of MS Office
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Structured, solution-oriented and pragmatic working style with a strong focus on quality
