About the role

  • Technology Team Manager overseeing Regulatory Reporting systems at SEB in Rīga, leading the System Team and sharing responsibility for the Feature Team's operational duties.

Responsibilities

  • As Team Manager within Trading Reporting, your primary management responsibility will be with the System Team, while you will also hold shared responsibility for the Feature Team together with another manager.
  • This shared responsibility covers daily operational coordination, delivery alignment, and prioritization across the Feature Team, whereas line management will apply only to a defined set of team members.
  • The System Team is responsible for the Regulatory Reporting platform, ensuring its stability, reliability, and continuous improvement.
  • The Feature Team is responsible for running and evolving our current regulatory reporting solution, built within the Microsoft technology stack (C#/.NET, MS SQL, MS Servers).

Requirements

  • Fluent in English. Work execution is related to foreign countries.
  • Technical background and preferably experience in software development.
  • Experience of working with financial products and regulatory reporting.
