Technology Team Manager overseeing Regulatory Reporting systems at SEB in Rīga, leading the System Team and sharing responsibility for the Feature Team's operational duties.
Responsibilities
As Team Manager within Trading Reporting, your primary management responsibility will be with the System Team, while you will also hold shared responsibility for the Feature Team together with another manager.
This shared responsibility covers daily operational coordination, delivery alignment, and prioritization across the Feature Team, whereas line management will apply only to a defined set of team members.
The System Team is responsible for the Regulatory Reporting platform, ensuring its stability, reliability, and continuous improvement.
The Feature Team is responsible for running and evolving our current regulatory reporting solution, built within the Microsoft technology stack (C#/.NET, MS SQL, MS Servers).
