About the role
- Finance Lead managing financial accounting for a growing renewable energy company. Overseeing processes and team development with a focus on sustainability and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Du übernimmst die Leitung der Finanzbuchhaltung nach HGB – und bringst dein Know-how ein, um Strukturen zu professionalisieren, Prozesse zu digitalisieren und dein Team weiterzuentwickeln.
- Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Ansprechpartner:in für Steuerberater, Banken & Wirtschaftsprüfer
- Konsolidierung, Intercompany-Abstimmungen & steuerliche Compliance
- Weiterentwicklung der Buchhaltungsprozesse und digitale Tools
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem kaufmännischen Leiter und angrenzenden Bereichen
- Optional: Mitwirkung im Controlling (Kostenstellen, Projektcontrolling)
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium im Finanzbereich
- Abgeschlossene Bilanzbuchhalter Prüfung
- Ca. 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, Abschlusssicherheit nach HGB
- Teamleitung ist dein Herzensprojekt?
- Erfahrung mit Konsolidierung, Intercompany-Prozessen & ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP)
- Analytische Denkweise, genaue Arbeitsweise & Freude an Verbesserung
