About the role

  • Building and maintaining client relationships through high levels of client service
  • Leading delivery of employment tax advice to clients
  • Proactively winning work with the team by managing existing clients and spotting new opportunities through client and team interactions
  • Business Development and marketing activities, both internally and externally
  • Involvement in local marketing initiatives
  • Taking responsibility for delivering work to a high standard and meeting deadlines
  • Reviewing work carried out by junior staff
  • Managing complex projects
  • Managing teams of people including coaching and developing junior staff
