About the role

  • Systems/Network Engineer responsible for designing and modernizing CASL’s IT infrastructure. Supporting staff with cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and Tier 2–3 technical support.

Responsibilities

  • The Systems/Network Engineer is responsible for designing, maintaining, and modernizing CASL’s IT infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable systems across the organization.
  • This role supports staff by implementing cloud solutions, enhancing cybersecurity and compliance (including HIPAA), and providing Tier 2–3 technical support.
  • This role ensures CASL’s technology operations are secure and effective, enabling staff to deliver services with confidence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent work experience considered.
  • 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in systems, network, or infrastructure engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • - Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory (hybrid and cloud).
  • - Endpoint management (Intune).
  • - Networking (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, routing, switching).
  • - Windows Server administration.
  • Experience supporting security and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, NIST, or similar) preferred.
