About the role

• System Engineer focusing on Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop at DATAGROUP. Responsible for technical implementation and management of virtualization environments.

Responsibilities

• Speak the language of our customers: Understand their individual requirements precisely, develop tailored concepts and take full responsibility for the technical implementation.
• Be creative and solution-oriented: Develop smart, stable and sustainable technical solutions.
• Build and operate highly available Citrix virtualization environments: Ensure our systems are stable and performant at all times.
• Commit to quality and performance: You are always looking for optimizations and improvements.
• Resolve technical challenges independently or as part of a team: Whether tricky bugs or complex problem cases – you tackle them with persistence and team spirit.
• Create clear instructions and documentation: So that both our customers and internal teams always keep track.

Requirements

• A completed apprenticeship or degree in an IT-related field? – Check!
• You have several years of experience with Citrix Virtual Apps, Provisioning Services, NetScaler/ADC and FSLogix?
• Active Directory, Group Policies, networking and virtualization are part of your daily routine – not foreign words to you.
• Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Azure, Entra ID and Intune?
• Very good German skills and good English skills complete your profile – you can act confidently in both language environments.
