About the role
- System Engineer managing IT support across locations for KAP IT-Service GmbH. Focusing on cloud infrastructures, user support, and IT documentation.
Responsibilities
- Klassifizierung und Dokumentation von eingehenden Anfragen und Störungen mithilfe unseres Ticketsystems
- Analyse und Lösung von komplexen IT-Problemen in Abhängigkeit der lokalen und Cloud Infrastrukturen mit unterschiedlichen Herstellern
- Verwaltung und Pflege einer hybriden Infrastruktur (Active Directory und Entra ID)
- Allgemeine Unterstützung und Betreuung der Benutzer bei IT-Fragen und Problemen an verschiedenen Standorten
- Umgang mit gängigen Lösungen unterschiedlicher Hersteller für Virtualisierung, Backup, Netzwerk sowie Client- und Serverbetriebssystemen
- Erstellung von IT-Dokumentationen
- Einrichtung und Installation von IT-Equipment, wie PCs, Notebooks und Smartphones
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, z.B. als Fachinformatiker/in Systemintegration oder eine Weiterbildung im IT-Bereich mit einschlägiger Erfahrung im IT-Servicedesk oder technischen Support
- Erfahrungen mit M365-Diensten sowie mit Clientbetriebssystemen Windows 10/11 und Serverbetriebssystemen (ab Windows Server 2019)
- Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung mit Active Directory und Entra ID
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Kundenorientierung
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Grundkenntnisse in Polnisch wünschenswert
- Reisebereitschaft zur örtlichen Betreuung unserer Außenstandorte in Coswig, Döbeln, Leisnig und Heinsdorfergrund
- Führerschein der Klasse B
