About the role

  • Configure, test, and optimize new LMS features and connected learning technologies
  • Leverage ETL processes, Microsoft Power Automate, and other automation tools to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and enhance system efficiency
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless learning experiences and system reliability across global markets
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of APIs and data integrations to connect the LMS with other enterprise applications across Yum!’s global ecosystem
  • Analyze system data and usage trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Support the development of technical documentation, process guides, and configuration standards
  • Collaborate on global rollouts, system updates, and digital learning projects to ensure alignment with business needs and timelines
  • Contribute to the ongoing design and evolution of Yum!’s global learning ecosystem

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Learning Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience with enterprise technologies, learning systems, or global platform administration, with working knowledge of HTML, Python, XML, and JSON
  • Strong understanding of APIs, data integrations, and system interoperability to enable global platform connectivity
  • Proficient in troubleshooting, configuration management, and vendor collaboration
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively across global teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate or similar platforms to optimize workflows
