About the role
- System Administrator ensuring availability, performance, and security of PGMM systems. Collaborating with engineers while supporting software development lifecycle within Agile SAFe framework.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the availability, performance, and security of the PGMM system
- Monitor system health, perform regular backups, and address issues promptly
- Work within a team of 30+ engineers supporting the full software development lifecycle
- Collaborate with external development teams to integrate with external systems
- Administer and manage core technologies including Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, Helm, Harbor, Terraform, Kubernetes, GitLab, Confluence, Jira, AWS, and Linux
- Ensure all systems comply with security standards and regulations
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support to end-users
- Assist in planning and executing system upgrades and maintenance projects
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration or software engineering
- CompTIA Security+ certification
- Certification related to systems administration (e.g., RHCE, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate)
- Proficient with core technologies mentioned above
- Experience with Agile methodologies and SAFe
