About the role

Responsibilities
- Ondersteuning en oplossen bij supportaanvragen, welke (veelal) remote, maar ook on-site opgelost worden
- Proactief beheer (remote en on-site) van servers en werkplekken
- Monitoring van server, werkstations en netwerkonderdelen
- User management in (Azure) Active Directory en Microsoft/Office 365
- Ondersteunen en adviseren van gebruikers m.b.t. toepassingsmogelijkheden t.a.v. bestaande en nieuwe apparatuur/programmatuur
- Ondersteuning bij migratieprojecten en/of uitrol van complete netwerken
Requirements
- Afgeronde ICT-opleiding, minimaal MBO4
- Kennis en/of ervaring van Windows servers en netwerken (VMware is een pré)
- Affiniteit met Microsoft Azure- en Microsoft 365
- Klantgerichte en proactieve werkhouding
- Goede beheersing Nederlandse taal in woord en schrift
- In het bezit van een rijbewijs B is wenselijk
