About the role

  • SVP, Creative leading innovative branding campaigns that connect advertisers with Fox. Overseeing creative processes and team development across various media channels.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership to shape the company's creative vision and long-term strategy.
  • Drive the development of bold, innovative ideas that distinctly position and differentiate the Fox brand in the market.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of Fox Ad Sales branding campaigns, working with agency partners and internal stakeholders from concept to completion.
  • Develop and implement visual and strategic branding initiatives that support business goals and enhance client engagement throughout the year.
  • Inspire and guide the creative teams across all departments to deliver impactful, platform-specific storytelling that leverages premium IP, talent and digital & streaming ad products across the Fox ecosystem.
  • Emphasize and prioritize innovative approaches, especially within social and digital channels.
  • Contribute to client presentations and internal pitches, successfully articulating and selling creative concepts that demonstrate Fox’s value proposition.
  • Create an efficient creative marketing team implementing process across on-set shoots, approvals and project management that delivers big creative thinking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all creative output.
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring all creative projects meet strategic objectives while maintaining efficiency.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging platforms.
  • Seek opportunities to test new formats, storytelling approaches, and production techniques to keep Fox at the forefront of creative innovation.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment where creativity and innovation thrive.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor team members, encouraging bold thinking and continuous growth—empowering the team to take risks and explore new ideas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Branding, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience within an Ad Sales function is preferred
  • 15 years+ of leadership experience in creative roles within media, advertising, or related industries
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale campaigns from concept to execution, collaborating effectively with internal teams, agency partners, and marketers
  • Deep expertise in digital, streaming, and social media storytelling, with a proven ability to leverage premium IP and talent across platforms to deliver impactful engagement
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with a track record of confidently articulating and selling innovative creative concepts to senior executives and high-profile clients
  • Extensive experience leading and inspiring high-performing creative teams and managing complex projects
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing award-winning, innovative, and impactful work
  • Strong understanding of digital media, branding, and content strategy, with a strategic mindset and a passion for pushing creative boundaries
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with an ability to foster a high-energy, innovative, and results-oriented environment
