About the role

  • Administer, monitor, and support the corporate network infrastructure, ensuring availability, security, and performance of services.
  • Respond to incidents, manage changes, and drive continuous improvements, with a focus on Cisco and Fortinet equipment.
  • Provide user support at headquarters and remotely, including support for stores.
  • Handle higher-complexity tickets within agreed SLAs.
  • Install and configure software, coordinating with involved teams and providing feedback.
  • Responsible for delivery and support of IT services, ensuring the stability and availability of assets.
  • Support building infrastructure (PCs, peripherals, phone extensions, and mobile phones), performing preventive maintenance and improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with infrastructure requirements (SLA/service levels).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Networking, or related fields;
  • 2 to 3 years of experience working in corporate network environments;
  • Proven experience configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting Cisco network equipment (switches, routers, wireless, VoIP);
  • Experience with Fortinet firewalls (policies, site-to-site VPNs, SSL VPN, traffic inspection, HA);
  • Experience in mission-critical environments supporting large-scale users and services.
  • Preferred:
  • CCNA or CCNP certification (Cisco);
  • NSE 4 certification (Fortinet).
