About the role

  • Support Operations and Inventory Management teams in West Texas and other stakeholders
  • Create and contribute to initiatives for on-time delivery of goods and process efficiency
  • Present concise solutions to project team leaders on procurement resolutions
  • Drive continuous improvements and innovation internally and externally with suppliers
  • Manage the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process for all transactions within assigned stakeholder group
  • Analyze key cost drivers in contracts/purchase orders and monitor

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management within the oil and gas industry
  • Knowledge of Midstream Operations, Pipelines, Facilities and equipment
  • Strong understanding of Oilfield Materials and Equipment (Pipe, Valves, Fittings, Compressors)
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Working experience with SAP S4HANA preferred
  • Strong data analysis and market analysis/research skills
  • Ability to lead in cross-functional teams and multitask based on project needs
  • Strong understanding of Oilfield Service Contracts and RFx Process
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related fields required
