Responsibilities
Coordinating procurement team operations in partnership with other team members.

Conducting material sourcing and vendor qualification projects.
Developing and implementing supply chain strategies that are aligned with overall company goals and values.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to forecast demand, manage inventory, and align supply with market trends.
Implementing risk management strategies to mitigate disruptions in the supply chain.
Coordinating with internal departments and the supply chain to facilitate part design modifications, as well as new component and new product development projects.
Ensuring compliance with international regulations, safety standards, and corporate policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
At least 5 years supply chain or similar experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to plan and solve problems both strategically and tactically.
Ability to work respectfully and collaboratively within a team-based structure with minimum top-down management.
Must be authorized to work in the US, now and in the future.
