About the role

  • Coordinating procurement team operations in partnership with other team members.
  • Developing, modifying, and operating component and materials reorder point systems.
  • Spearheading cost reduction and efficiency improvement projects.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with suppliers and other partners to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conducting material sourcing and vendor qualification projects.
  • Developing and implementing supply chain strategies that are aligned with overall company goals and values.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to forecast demand, manage inventory, and align supply with market trends.
  • Implementing risk management strategies to mitigate disruptions in the supply chain.
  • Coordinating with internal departments and the supply chain to facilitate part design modifications, as well as new component and new product development projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with international regulations, safety standards, and corporate policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 5 years supply chain or similar experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to plan and solve problems both strategically and tactically.
  • Ability to work respectfully and collaboratively within a team-based structure with minimum top-down management.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US, now and in the future.
