Responsibilities
Assist in documenting current-state (“as-is”) business processes through interviews, workshops, and data review
Create clear and accurate process maps using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar
Support analysis of process gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and redundancies
Help develop future-state (“to-be”) process maps and improvement recommendations
Maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to validate process flows
Prepare presentations and summary reports for project updates
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand complex workflows and translate them into visual diagrams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
