About the role

  • Supply Chain Manager optimizing supply chain operations in international filtration company. Leading teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily supply chain operations across materials, production, inventory, logistics, demand management, and order fulfillment to ensure a dependable and efficient flow of goods.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate waste, streamline workflows, and enhance KPIs through alignment with the company’s operational excellence framework.
  • Lead and coordinate strategic projects, such as major transitions and warehouse relocations (e.g., DBU move from Rumst to Fiege/Expeditors), ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption.
  • Implement standardized processes and systems across business units to strengthen collaboration and enable effective end-to-end supply chain performance.
  • Leverage your technical expertise in WMS, Oracle, and warehouse operations to align logistics strategy with broader business objectives.
  • Analyze operational trends, identify improvement opportunities, and develop corrective actions to achieve performance targets.
  • Drive business impact through cost reduction, improved service levels, and enhanced customer satisfaction by optimizing every step from order placement to delivery.
  • Manage and develop your team, setting clear goals for performance, training, and career growth, while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
  • Prepare and oversee the annual operating plan, including budget, resources, and capital expenditure for supply chain operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations leadership within an international environment.
  • Strong background in warehouse operations, process improvement, and system implementation (preferably WMS and Oracle).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and major transformation projects.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and use analytics for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing across departments and external partners (e.g., 3PLs).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
