Responsibilities
- Develop standard work related to Raytheon supply chain terms and pricing agreements
- Create critical agreements across commodities that help support business requirements, reduce cost, reduce administrative burden, and de-risk the business
- Engage with suppliers, RTX corporate teams, and various Raytheon functions (program, proposal, procurement, and engineering)
- Implement effective communication skills, present contracts and negotiation strategies to Senior Leadership
- Lead a high performing team and develop talent across the organization

Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree and 10 years experience.
- Extensive knowledge of FAR/DFAR and complex negotiation skills such as fact finding, cost and pricing analysis, and contracting strategies.
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
