Serves as the primary point of contact for routine supplier queries and correspondence.
Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate and follow up on meetings, action items and deliverables.
Maintain and regularly update supplier information and records in the system.
Track supplier contracts, certifications and compliance documentation
Assist in the onboarding process of new suppliers.
Monitor purchase orders and delivery schedules.
Identify and escalate recurring supplier issues.
Track progress of resolutions and follow up on corrective actions.
Ensure suppliers comply with internal procedures, policies and quality standards.
Provide guidance and support to suppliers on documentation and system access requirements.
Monitor contract expiry dates and proactively alert relevant teams for renewal or review.
Requirements
Completed any higher education
Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in Supplier management/vendor relations in any industry; Telecom Internet experience is a plus
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize work to the needs of the business;
Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts;
High attention to detail with evidenced problem-solving skills;
Structured, methodical and well-organized, creative, persistent, quality and result driven;
Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels;
Have the desire to learn business processes, strategy and “big picture” thinking;
Enthusiasm and self-motivation, with a proactive approach to all tasks;
Comfortable in a high-paced dynamic, work environment;
Resilient, with the ability to perform well under pressure and to deadlines;
Excellent command of the English language; other language skills are a plus;
Knowledge of and experience within Asia Telecommunication market is a plus.
