About the role

  • Lead the treatment team and be the expert on addiction and recovery, coordinating decisions about the member’s treatment
  • Manage a schedule and caseload that supports the needs of the office and region
  • Collaborate with other team members as it relates to the clinical service model
  • Lead 2-3 1 hour group therapy sessions using outlined curriculum
  • Document members’ progress using outcome measures (Core Milestones) and client feedback (NPS scores)
  • Proactively engage in community relations, distribute materials and attend community meetings
  • Work as part of a cross-functional care team with prescribers, care navigators, peer recovery coaches, and office managers

Requirements

  • Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8a-6p
  • Active WA license or certification: LMHC, LCSW, LMFT
  • Minimum two years’ leading groups in a SUD setting
  • High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps
  • Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed
  • Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care
  • Preferred backgrounds: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT
