About the role

  • Act as an advisor and mediator between the insurance company and clients
  • Independently handle claims management for both commercial and personal clients
  • Greet and assist clients via all communication channels
  • Take charge of and manage claims
  • Advise and support clients through their procedures
  • Business development and client management

Requirements

  • Diploma at Bac+2 level (e.g., BTS in Insurance) or equivalent
  • Experience in business development and claims management
  • Strong interest in and solid knowledge of the insurance sector
  • Analytical mindset, investigative skills, and attention to detail
  • Highly organized, autonomous, and thorough
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
