About the role
- Act as an advisor and mediator between the insurance company and clients
- Independently handle claims management for both commercial and personal clients
- Greet and assist clients via all communication channels
- Take charge of and manage claims
- Advise and support clients through their procedures

Requirements
- Diploma at Bac+2 level (e.g., BTS in Insurance) or equivalent
- Experience in business development and claims management
- Strong interest in and solid knowledge of the insurance sector
- Analytical mindset, investigative skills, and attention to detail
- Highly organized, autonomous, and thorough
- Excellent interpersonal skills
