Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to develop long range strategy, annual operating plans, and KPIs across the business.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve our systems, processes, and reporting.
Structure Guild’s Rhythm of Business (RoB) for the leadership team, including monthly and quarterly business reviews.
Support preparation for our Quarterly Business Reviews and Board of Directors meetings.
Analyze business and performance trends to provide actionable insights and decision support to Guild’s leadership team, and translate strategy into effective execution.
Requirements
4+ years of relevant work experience in a related role, including management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or strategic planning
Strong experience in data analysis, financial modeling, business process optimization, and developing executive level presentations
