Responsibilities
- Lead projects including management of project schedules, budgets, and staffing on the Industrial Manufacturing Solution team
- Provide technical guidance on client standards and expectations to engineering and technician staff that are supporting project detailed design
- Serve as technical expert in electrical power distribution and miscellaneous plant electrical systems for client consultations
- Lead the design of facility power distribution and process electrical distribution in a manufacturing or industrial processing environment
- Support business development, including proposal scope approach and estimating, related to enhanced Electrical services
- Build business relationships with clients to understand needs and drivers
- Construction inspection and resolution of electrical construction issues
- Coordination with local electrical utilities on project technical needs
- Review of supplier submittals
- Act as a liaison between the design team, client and remote design teams for Instrumentation and Control design
- Startup and testing of major electrical equipment
- Continuous learning and development of technical expertise/specialty area
Requirements
- PE License
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline
- Minimum of 5 years related work experience
- Ability to lead projects including management of project schedules, budgets, and staffing
- Strong leadership skills, with desire to train and develop early career and/or inexperienced professionals
