About the role
- Infrastructure Specialist developing CI/CD pipelines and optimizing cloud systems for online pharmacy. Collaborating with development teams to ensure system performance and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop, automate, and maintain efficient and secure CI/CD pipelines;
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of systems;
- Monitor and optimize production environments, identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements;
- Implement observability practices, including logging, metrics, and alerts;
- Work closely with development and architecture teams to improve delivery outcomes;
- Manage infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation);
- Automate deployment, provisioning, and incident recovery processes;
- Ensure security and compliance in cloud environments;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps and SRE culture.
Requirements
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps);
- Knowledge of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes);
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation);
- Experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure);
- Experience with monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, Stackdriver, Datadog);
- Skills in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, Shell);
- Knowledge of networking, security, and governance in distributed environments;
- Agile, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset;
- Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Architect (a plus);
- Experience with regulated environments (LGPD, ISO, PCI-DSS, SOC2) (a plus);
- Experience operating in large production environments or mission-critical systems (a plus);
- Knowledge of chaos engineering or system resilience (a plus).
