About the role

  • Lead logistics for ISPA Conference educational sessions, including managing speaker contracts, payments, and travel coordination
  • Serve as the primary liaison for all speakers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from onboarding through on-site execution
  • Support marketing efforts by providing accurate and engaging content for ISPA’s conference promotions and Pulse magazine
  • Maintain accurate and current speaker and session information on attendispa.com
  • Coordinate the ISPA Foundation Auction setup in Handbid and oversee solicitation efforts in collaboration with staff
  • Manage ISPA’s virtual educational events, including Town Halls, by coordinating logistics, speaker materials, scripts, and registration tracking
  • Develop talking points for Town Hall moderators to ensure dynamic and well-structured discussions
  • Manage the ISPA Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading content, managing visuals, updating course details, and coordinating sponsor materials
  • Contribute content for board updates and other reports related to educational initiatives and speaker engagement
  • Manage ISPA Snapshot Surveys throughout the year to collect timely member insights
  • Oversee programming, data exports, sponsor coordination, and quality review of survey reports
  • Support marketing and sales teams by providing accurate survey insights and materials
  • Write Snapshot Survey summaries for Pulse magazine and manage prize fulfillment for respondents
  • Upload educational resources, articles, and survey reports to experienceispa.com and ISPA Academy
  • Maintain and update the ISPA media list and prepare press releases as needed
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure educational and event-related messaging is polished, consistent, and on-brand

Requirements

  • Proven experience developing professional content for organizations, associations or member-based communities
  • Strong project management background with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, stakeholders and deliverables simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
