About the role
- Dynamics Solution Architect for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE designing cutting-edge solutions for customers at NORRIQ. Collaborating closely with teams to deliver successful CRM project implementations.
Responsibilities
- After consultation with the customer, work out a detailed analysis to understand customer needs.
- Draw up a design and architecture for identified needs.
- Use functional knowledge of the Dynamics platform to design solutions.
- Draw up a clear plan, with a timeline and deadlines, for the implementation of the CRM project.
- Follow up on the implementation with the project team and consult with the Project Manager as necessary.
- Take care of testing in function of migration and transition to avoid affecting customer activities.
- Be guided by your team coach and experienced team members after onboarding.
Requirements
- 3 years of professional experience in a Microsoft Dynamics365 environment.
- Preferably a degree in IT (bachelor or master) or relevant experience.
- Communication and analytical skills are top notch.
- Can-do mentality; team player and eager to learn.
- Quality, customer focus and flexibility.
- Speak Dutch and can express yourself fluently in English.
- Certifications such as PL-200 and PL-600 are a plus.
