About the role

  • After consultation with the customer, work out a detailed analysis to understand customer needs.
  • Draw up a design and architecture for identified needs.
  • Use functional knowledge of the Dynamics platform to design solutions.
  • Draw up a clear plan, with a timeline and deadlines, for the implementation of the CRM project.
  • Follow up on the implementation with the project team and consult with the Project Manager as necessary.
  • Take care of testing in function of migration and transition to avoid affecting customer activities.
  • Be guided by your team coach and experienced team members after onboarding.

Requirements

  • 3 years of professional experience in a Microsoft Dynamics365 environment.
  • Preferably a degree in IT (bachelor or master) or relevant experience.
  • Communication and analytical skills are top notch.
  • Can-do mentality; team player and eager to learn.
  • Quality, customer focus and flexibility.
  • Speak Dutch and can express yourself fluently in English.
  • Certifications such as PL-200 and PL-600 are a plus.
