About the role
- Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellence.
- Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases for mobile and web applications.
- Establish and maintain automated testing pipelines integrated with CI/CD workflows.
- Ensure complete test coverage across functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Analyze test results, track bugs, and drive root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Continuously assess and enhance QA processes, tools, and standards.
- Manage test documentation, quality reports, and release sign-offs.
- Stay current with emerging QA trends, automation frameworks, and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proven experience with test automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools.
- Excellent understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and release management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience testing fintech or high-security applications is preferrable.
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools.
