About the role
- Lead the team as coordinators and subject-matter experts, mentoring and guiding them in developing software engineering strategies aligned with Sicredi's culture
- Support the Engineering Manager in organizing the competency horizontally and in structuring strategies and guiding principles
- Conduct people management and development activities
- Support the horizontal management to adapt processes, tools and capacity
- Lead the software engineering topic with leaders of other technical horizontals
