About the role

Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust electronic trading systems with a focus on reliability, performance and automation
- Develop and maintain core platform and systems, the main exchange, clearinghouse, APIs, connectivity solutions and tooling
- Build systems for recording, cataloging, analyzing, transforming and publishing market and trading data
- Develop and maintain testing and monitoring tools to ensure system reliability and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred
- 4+ years professional engineering experience
- 1+ years experience in electronic trading with market facing role
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Go, Python, C++ or Rust
- Experience with FIX and other market connectivity and order entry protocols
- Familiarity with algorithmic trading principles and execution strategies
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, database technologies and analysis techniques
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and apply problem-solving and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment
