• Software Engineer I for Smart Data Solutions monitoring customer transactions in production environments. Role involves threat assessment, technical troubleshooting, and communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Performs continuous monitoring of the production state of all assigned customers.
• Troubleshoots and corrects technical systems to ensure transactions are moving through the system properly.
• Recognizes aging transactions and works to resolve issues to keep the transactions moving.
• Assesses and monitors threats daily.
• Ensures that customer data workflows and exports are executing correctly and within SLAs.
• Communicates to customers (via emails) about SDS workflows.
• Adheres to SDS’s courteous and professional, written and verbal, communication standards.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Java
• Proficiency with Unix-like operating systems
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems
• Knowledge of relational databases
• At least a 2-year technical degree (or equivalent)
• 0-5 years similar experience
