- Strong understanding of front-end architecture best practices, including performance optimization, security, and usability.
- Experience collaborating across product and design lifecycles with designers, engineers, and product managers.
- Commitment to writing high-quality, well-tested code that serves real customer needs.
- Experience working on the backend, including building and maintaining APIs, integrating with databases, and contributing to server-side logic.
- Comfortable working across the full stack to deliver end-to-end solutions and collaborating with backend teams for seamless integration and performance.
