- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable development plans.
- Oversee project planning, sprint execution, code reviews, and deployment strategies.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.
- Ensure software quality, security, and maintainability across all projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing software development teams.
- Strong proficiency in: Ruby on Rails, React, PostgreSQL, AI SDLC implementation (e.g., using AI tools for Code generation, testing, or optimization.
- Exceptional soft skills: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Skilled in conflict resolution, team motivation and cross-functional collaboration.
