- Coordinate actions, including scheduling and status tracking with project teams

- Prepare quotations for change requests and support cost estimation for new projects
- Participate in customer and supplier meetings to ensure project realization
- Initiate operational measures to improve quality, ergonomics, and efficiency in production processes
- Plan and optimize manufacturing methods and processes for components and assemblies
- Coordinate and plan prototype and pilot production
- Ensure adherence to budgets and perform regular cost control
- Contribute to certification processes in the responsible subprojects
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations during process planning
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a technical environment
- Deep understanding of machining and production processes in serial manufacturing
- Strong background in serial manufacturing, especially machining processes, assembly, and testing/inspection
- Proficient with ERP systems, MS Office, and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Pro/ENGINEER)
- Basic knowledge of CNC machining
- Good written and spoken English
