About the role
- Further development, customization and optimization of the Ikaros debt collection software
- Analysis of requirements from the business department and their technical implementation
- Creation of reports, workflows and interfaces to internal and external systems
- Quality assurance, testing and documentation
- Technical support for IT projects in the area of receivables management
- Collaboration with external IT service providers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
- Solid knowledge of and practical experience with Ikaros
- Knowledge of SQL, .NET, JavaScript, or comparable languages desirable
- Experience with process modeling and database structures
- Analytical thinking, an independent work style and team spirit
- Experience in the debt collection industry or receivables management
