About the role

  • Review all technology related contracts for compliance with laws, regulations, and University requirements.
  • Assist with the drafting, evaluation, negotiation, and execution of Information Services (IS) contracts.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for IS customers on contractual matters.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, University leadership, and internal customers throughout negotiations.
  • Ensure thorough documentation throughout the entirety of a contract review.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline is required.
  • Contract management experience and a NCMA certification are preferred.
  • Must be able to learn new technologies and concepts quickly.
  • Excellent computer and organizational skills.
