Responsibilities
- Review all technology related contracts for compliance with laws, regulations, and University requirements.
- Assist with the drafting, evaluation, negotiation, and execution of Information Services (IS) contracts.

- Communicate effectively with vendors, University leadership, and internal customers throughout negotiations.

Requirements
