About the role

Responsibilities
- Review all technology related contracts for compliance with laws, regulations, and University requirements.
- Assist with the drafting, evaluation, negotiation, and execution of Information Services (IS) contracts.
- Serve as a first point of contact for IS customers on contractual matters.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, University leadership, and internal customers throughout negotiations.
- Ensure thorough documentation throughout the entirety of a contract review.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline is required.
- Contract management experience and a NCMA certification are preferred.
- Must be able to learn new technologies and concepts quickly.
