Cover in-house and external events (live content production, behind-the-scenes and social media assets);
Analyze performance metrics, generating reports and insights for continuous improvement;
Manage interactions and engagement across social platforms;
Support internal marketing (endomarketing) and employer branding campaigns.
Requirements
Previous experience managing social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and/or TikTok);
Creative eye and up-to-date knowledge of digital trends;
Experience with analytics and reporting tools;
Strong communication skills to engage with the online community and convey the brand’s tone of voice;
Organized and able to plan content calendars and track deliverables;
Availability to cover in-person events (on-site and external).
