Responsibilities
Development of cross-channel strategies for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & other platforms
Responsible for editorial planning and consistent communication
Actively shaping community growth, direct interaction and responding to feedback
Sourcing and management of creators, including negotiations and performance analysis
Early identification of social media trends and strong audience understanding
Analysis of relevant KPIs for social media and creator content; optimization of future activities
Coordination with project management, content and design teams to plan and execute content
Requirements
Several years of experience in social media management—ideally in an agency setting or in-house with a strong community and platform focus
Experience working with creators—from selection and outreach to operational management
Knowledge of organic formats and current platform trends
Strong communicator, self-driven and organized
Good eye for language, tone of voice and audience targeting
Team player, open to feedback and responsible
Fluent German and good command of English
