About the role
- Development of cross-channel strategies for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & other platforms
- Responsible for editorial planning and consistent communication
- Actively shaping community growth, direct interaction and responding to feedback
- Sourcing and management of creators, including negotiations and performance analysis
- Early identification of social media trends and strong audience understanding
- Analysis of relevant KPIs for social media and creator content; optimization of future activities
- Coordination with project management, content and design teams to plan and execute content
Requirements
- Several years of experience in social media management—ideally in an agency setting or in-house with a strong community and platform focus
- Experience working with creators—from selection and outreach to operational management
- Knowledge of organic formats and current platform trends
- Strong communicator, self-driven and organized
- Good eye for language, tone of voice and audience targeting
- Team player, open to feedback and responsible
- Fluent German and good command of English
