About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders.
  • Write technical and functional documentation.
  • Contribute to backlog refinement and roadmap planning.
  • Schedule releases and ensure project timelines are met.
  • Manage high-impact incidents.
  • Support IT security and governance activities.
  • Manage contracts with external suppliers and service providers.
  • Contribute to business case development and initiate improvement projects.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Service Manager, System Analyst, or similar role.
  • A solid understanding of cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure).
  • Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to ’s-Hertogenbosch about 2 times per week.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
