About the role

  • Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive qualified organic traffic and improve search rankings
  • Perform in-depth keyword research, gap analysis, competitive analysis, and SEO audits
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to manage and implement technical SEO improvements
  • Stay current with SEO trends and algorithm updates as well as new and emerging strategies for AI search rankings and visibility
  • Develop and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube, etc.) from strategy to execution
  • Perform keyword research, campaign structuring, bid management, and A/B testing
  • Write and optimize compelling ad copy and creative for various campaign types (search, display, video, retargeting)
  • Continuously optimize for conversions and ROI
  • Research, write, and publish SEO-optimized content for blogs, landing pages, and other digital assets
  • Create compelling, high-performing content aligned with keyword strategies and buyer intent
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure timely execution of publishing schedules
  • Audit and update existing content to improve rankings and relevance
  • Monitor and report on KPIs across SEO, paid search, and content
  • Use data to refine strategies, improve conversion rates, and identify growth opportunities
  • Report campaign effectiveness, trends, and forecasts to leadership
  • Provide performance reports and insights to stakeholders regularly
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, Surfer SEO, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and more

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, paid search, and content marketing, preferably in an in-house role
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale integrated search strategies that drive measurable business results (traffic, leads, revenue)
  • Advanced understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and paid search performance optimization
  • Proven success in writing and managing high-performing content aligned with SEO goals and user intent
  • Deep expertise with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Surfer SEO, Ahrefs, and emerging AI tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with design, dev, and subject matter experts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—able to clearly articulate strategy and performance to stakeholders
  • Self-directed, highly organized, and comfortable owning projects from strategy through execution
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and testing frameworks (A/B testing)
  • Familiarity with CRO and landing page optimization tools (e.g., Unbounce, Optimizely)
  • Background in Enterprise B2B SaaS, CCaaS, Secure Payments
