About the role
- Senior UX Designer working on Nofence's virtual fencing solution. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and design interactive interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the user experience for defined features in our main app.
- Work closely with UX lead, Product Manager and engineers to set the vision, outcomes, and roadmap for this area.
- Work with other Application teams to align patterns, coordinate releases, and remove seams between journeys.
- Create engaging, intuitive interfaces and flows.
- Work closely with UX designers, researchers, product managers, and developers to tackle complex design challenges.
- Plan and run discovery, concept tests, and usability evaluations.
- Contribute components and patterns to our design system and help Application teams adopt and evolve them.
- Communicate decisions, trade-offs, and user insights with clarity.
Requirements
- Relevant degree/diploma/certificate in Design, HCI, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in interaction design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on digital products.
- Exceptional design skills with a deep understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma is a must.
- Excellent facilitation skills, with the ability to partake in workshops and design sprints that drive collaboration and innovation.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in design, with a track record of successfully delivered projects.
- Fluent English oral and written communication skills.
