About the role

  • Proficient in the MAE Taishan Huawei management system from a user perspective;
  • Strong knowledge of Huawei BTS, NodeB (Nb), eNodeB (eNb) and gNodeB (gNb);
  • Experience with Huawei SmartCare (SQM) tool for service fault analysis and evaluation of access traces;
  • Proficiency in the repair processes required to restore mobile service in the RAN;
  • Extraction and manipulation of databases;
  • Strong Excel skills for data handling and report generation;
  • Problem solving;
  • Fault troubleshooting;
  • Experience working with internal and external customers;
  • Shift-based work in operations and availability for on-call duty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Technology, Information Systems, or related fields;
  • Intermediate English;
  • Experience in mobile telecommunications networks (RAN).
