About the role
- Senior Analyst in telecommunications supporting RAN operations at Vivo. Responsible for managing and maintaining mobile access network elements and providing technical support.
Responsibilities
- Proficient in the MAE Taishan Huawei management system from a user perspective;
- Strong knowledge of Huawei BTS, NodeB (Nb), eNodeB (eNb) and gNodeB (gNb);
- Experience with Huawei SmartCare (SQM) tool for service fault analysis and evaluation of access traces;
- Proficiency in the repair processes required to restore mobile service in the RAN;
- Extraction and manipulation of databases;
- Strong Excel skills for data handling and report generation;
- Problem solving;
- Fault troubleshooting;
- Experience working with internal and external customers;
- Shift-based work in operations and availability for on-call duty.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Technology, Information Systems, or related fields;
- Intermediate English;
- Experience in mobile telecommunications networks (RAN).
